High Farm is a lovely Victorian farmhouse, initially built in 1873 as a gentleman’s residence.

No longer a working farm, the buildings have been thoughtfully and sympathetically converted into three single story holiday cottages. The house and grounds overlook the beautiful countryside of the area with the moors providing the perfect backdrop. Each cottage has been equipped to the highest standards and include fully fitted oak kitchens; bathrooms which include bath and shower & shaver point and all the cottages have central heating.

In addition, linen & sundries are provided to ensure your stay is an enjoyable and stress free experience. Standing in its own grounds, the house has an extensive 2 acre garden area fully available for Guests use & enjoyment. Full of many varieties of trees, shrubs, roses the gardens are the perfect place in which to enjoy the tranquillity that the countryside has to offer. Cropton is a pretty unspoilt village and is ideally placed in central Ryedale for easy access to the moors, coast and York.
